★ Equipment Introduction
LXD Automatic continuous diversion centrifuge is a kind of solid-liquid separate equipment, which use vertical structure to reach continuous, automatic, and sealing operation. Effectively separate the mixed liquor with the solid size bigger than 80um and solidity between 15% to 65% to reach the client requirement. This centrifuge widely used in chemical industry, pharmaceuticals industry and so on.
★ Main Structure
Main structure of LXD Automatic continuous diversion centrifuge including adjustable diversion separator device, drive device, filtrate collector, solid collector, absorb shock structure, motor. It has a few wearing parts, and working stable.
Adjustable diversion separator device made up of inner drum, adjustable diversion structure, screen and outside screen supporter.
★ Working Principle
During the equipment operation, screen, screen supporter and adjustable diversion structure are running by setting speed, when the speed up to setting value, the slurry feeding from inlet constantly. After the slurry feeding to separator, the solids were hold on the screen, and discharge automatically by its gravity and centrifugal force to solid material storage. The filtrate will pass through screen and outside screen supporter to filtrate collector and discharge liquid through outlet.
