In order to improve company's workplace management, we invited production efficiency promotion expert Mr. Yang Xuejun to have a 5S workplace management training on July 5th. Mr. Yang mainly explained 5S core points, 5S practice tools, practice methods, specific cases and other aspects. During the training, we also had interactions such as grouping and scoring system. All members engaged in discussion and provided their answers for grading. The atmosphere was quite high and warm applause rang out time after time. After training, team representatives talked about what they have learned and thought from this traning. They all expressed through this training, they raised the awareness of workplace management and professionalism. In 2 days team working, they realized only cooperation and trust can achieve the final goal.
At the end of training, the company CEO Mr. Chen spoke that 5S will be put into force as soon as possible. We will convert theory to practice and do it step by step to build a substantial foundation of precise and efficient production in our factory.
