Application scope

It is widely used in municipal sewage, textile printing and dyeing, electroplating, paper making, leather, brewing, food processing, coal washing, petrochemical, chemical, metallurgical, pharmaceutical, ceramics and other industries. It is also suitable for the solid separation or liquid leaching process of industrial production.

Working principle

After the concentrated sludge is mixed with a certain concentration of flocculant in the static and dynamic mixer, the tiny solid particles in the sludge are condensed into larger floc mass and free water is separated. The flocculated sludge is transported to the concentrated gravity dewatering filter zone, and the free water is separated under the action of gravity. The sludge is formed in the unflowing state, and then sandwiched between the upper and lower two mesh belts, through the wedge preloading, the low pressure area and the high pressure area, the sludge is gradually extruded under the action of squeezing pressure and shear force to achieve the maximum degree of mud and water separation, and the filter cake is discharged at the end.
