At 15 o'clock on the afternoon of March 13, 2019, the SSY filter press independently researched and developed by Qingdao Hesheng was first tested officially.SSY horizontal belt filter press is a new type of high efficiency filtration equipment, mainly composed of main body, electrical control system, hydraulic control system, air drying system and feeding system.

The experiment selected coal chemical fine slag as filter medium. After equipment was subjected to no-load pressure test, it operated with feeding material. The whole process includes feeding and filtration, diaphragm pressing, filter cake washing, filter cake drying and filter cake dischargin was tested repeatedly.

In this test, technology, R&D, quality inspection, after-sales, sales and other departments of Qingdao Hesheng worked together, cooperated with laboratory personnel to complete the first test successfully!

This equipment has advantages of simple structure, high degree of automation, low failure rate and convenient maintenance.

It can realize full-automatic operation, maximum pressing pressure can reach 2.0MPa, and high-pressure air blow filter cake can reduce moisture in filter cake as much as possible; high-pressure automatic cleaning filter cloth ensures reuse of filter cloth, long service life and high filtration efficiency; short distance of filter chamber opening and closing, reducing auxiliary time greatly; hydraulic device drives filter cloth running at high speed; minimum time of each cycle is 4min, working efficiency is high; filter chamber self-locking device is safe and reliable, equipment can operate automatically and intelligently.
